Shipping & Returns / Exchanges - Pittsford Outfitters

Shipping:

We want you to get outside and play as quickly as possible, so we try and get your order out the door as fast as we can – in most instances after you make a purchase we will process and ship your order by the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you details on the carrier used and a tracking number for your order so you know when to expect it.

All delivery times shown on our checkout page are updated in real time based on your shipping address, but are estimated and your items may arrive sooner or later than shown. We currently offer three levels of shipping:

Standard – Approximately 4 to 6 business days after shipping

Expedited – Approximately 2 to 3 business days after shipping

Priority – Approximately 1 to 2 business days after shipping

We do not offer guaranteed next day or two day delivery at this point in time, and all shipping methods are subject to weather and/or other delays.

Please note: Expedited and Priority shipping are not available for PO Boxes or addresses outside of the continental United States (IE: Alaska & Hawaii).

 

International Shipping:

Currently we do not accept orders to be delivered to international (Outside of the USA) addresses through Pittsford.com. Many of our products can be found for purchase internationally via Amazon; If you are located outside of the USA and are interested in a Pittsford Outfitters product, please check your local Amazon website for details and availability in your specific location.  

 

Returns:

We back all of our products with a 30-day No Hassle Satisfaction Guarantee: If you'd like to return something you purchased from us within the first 30 days of ownership, we'll take it back. For any reason. With no hassles. 

All items to be returned must be received in the condition they were shipped in with tags attached and packaging intact and we can not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or washed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival). Returns initiated more than 30 days from the date the item was delivered unfortunately can not be accepted.

A full refund minus shipping charges will be issued in the same form as the original payment as we do not currently offer store credit or gift cards.

We can also only accept returns for orders placed on Pittsford.com or directly from Pittsford Outfitters, Inc in person at an event or in-store (Must have original receipt or order number). If you purchased a Pittsford Outfitters item from another retailer, such as Amazon.com, and wish to take advantage of our 30 Day No Hassle Satisfaction Guarantee please initiate your return directly through them. Return shipping fees may apply.

To initiate a return, please click here to contact us online or email us at CustomerService@Pittsford.com: Please include your name, email address, order number (if you have one), and let us know which items you wish to return. Once we’ve located and verified your order we will create and email you a pre-paid shipping label and packing slip.

The return process usually takes about 14 days: the transit time for your package containing the return is approximately one week on average, it takes us about 3-5 days to process your return once we’ve received it, and your bank can take an additional 3-5 days to generate a refund to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this point in time. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or other variation, please return your initial purchase(s) for a full refund via the above instructions and then re-place an order for the alternate item you would like from Pittsford.com.

 

Lifetime Warranty:

If a Pittsford Outfitters product we sold you is defective and stops working within the lifetime of the product for you, the original owner, we will replace it without charge.
