PITTSFORD OUTFITTERS, INC. PRODUCT LIFETIME WARRANTY

All Pittsford Outfitters, Inc products are guaranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship and that they will function as represented for the expected lifetime of the product. If a Pittsford Outfitters product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will, upon notification and at our discretion, either repair it without charge or replace it with the closest similar product currently offered for sale at equal or lesser value.

Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, negligence, or the natural fading of colors and breakdown of materials over an extended period of time and/or use.

In the event of a warranty claim, we are often able to determine eligibility via written correspondence and may choose to simply replace the item: however, in some instances, and solely at our discretion, we may request that you return the item in question for review and/or repair. In such cases, and based upon such facts as represented via written correspondence, we will provide you with access to a prepaid shipping method of our choosing. Please note that we can not be held responsible or liable for lost in-bound packages, that all products accepted for review or repair must be returned to us in a clean condition, and that damages found to not be covered under warranty will have a fee charged for return shipping.

The lifetime warranty is only available in the United States and sets forth specific legal rights; You may have other rights as a result of variations in federal or state law. This warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements made by or on behalf of Pittsford Outfitters, Inc, and covers only products produced by Pittsford Outfitters, Inc.

We will be happy to work through the process with you and get you back playing outside as fast as possible.
